    QuickBooks integration for Excel

Connect QuickBooks Online so the EBITDAI agent can pull your reports and records into Excel

    Checking connection...

    What the QuickBooks connection does

Once QuickBooks Online is connected, the EBITDAI agent in Excel can query your company while it works. Ask for "last year's P&L by month" or "every open invoice over $5,000" and it pulls the data and writes it into your sheet, with month-end dates and expenses as negatives so it drops straight into a model.

    What it can read

    • Reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance, for any date range.
    • Records: customers, vendors, employees, invoices, bills, payments, sales receipts, estimates, purchase orders, credit memos, refund receipts, journal entries, deposits, transfers, purchases, items and accounts.
    • Totals: counts, sums and top lists, such as the number of open invoices or the customers with the largest balances.

Read-only, and you can revoke it

EBITDAI reads from QuickBooks. It does not create, edit or delete anything in your books, and you can disconnect here or revoke access from your QuickBooks account settings at any time.

    Not the QuickBooks admin?

Accountants and fractional CFOs can send the account owner a secure link by email. The owner approves access once, and the connection is saved to your account.

    Which plan includes it

The QuickBooks connector is part of EBITDAI Pro, $15 a month, along with Campfire and Stripe. In Excel, open the EBITDAI pane, then the "..." menu, then Connectors. See all integrations, pricing, and how fractional CFOs use it for client models. Selling on Shopify? Read about the Shopify connection.
